My talks are informed by my 25 year career working in both the UK and Australia as a business leader and strategic consultant with experience of working across an incredible range of businesses, industries and organisations from government to junk food; events to energy; start-ups to shampoo; corporate to circus.

Public speaking

I have 20 years experience of pitching, presenting, facilitating, leading conversations, writing and delivering talks and keynote speeches. I am passionate about the power of the spoken word to engage, educate and inspire; to share my knowledge and expertise.

Leadership

I have 15 years experience of leading businesses and innovation in male-dominated industries, and coaching business and NFP leaders in strategy, ethical branding and purpose-led business. I inspire a rebel thinking approach in order to give leaders clarity, confidence and a fresh perspective on their work, their value and their purpose.

Business and innovation

I own and run Rise Project Consulting, a business innovating technology in the extreme and brutal isolation of tropical Northern Australia. Rise was the NT winner of the Telstra Best of Business Awards ‘Embracing Innovation’ state award, and a leader in tropical technology innovation.

Strategist

I built a successful strategic career from my ability to questions assumptions, challenges the status quo and incite big ideas. I have 20 years experience consulting to boards, business and industry leaders to help them lead with purpose and drive impact across their organisations.

Northern Australia advocacy

I’ve spent 15 years leading conversations and advocacy work to elevate the role of tropical Australia in the Australian business narrative and the innovation landscape. I have worked with government, industry bodies and business leaders to promote the value of the unique expertise and knowledge of remote, tropical Australia.
